Follow to the first red light and turn Left onto Blackman Street.
then go through four lights and at the first

Follow to first red light then turn right onto Oxford Street.

From the West Side of the Wyoming Valley
Take Rt 11 South to the West End Bridge (Carey Avenue Bridge).
At the second red light go straight through the intersection onto Oxford
Street.
